WAHLBURGERS

DAG was commissioned to design a Wahlburger prototype beginning with Donnie Wahlburg’s hometown of St Charles, IL. The façade entry had elements of design that depicted members of the family. The Towers on each side represent Donnie & Mark – tall and strong with layers of cmu that have horizontal highlights representing milestones and achievements they have accomplished. The Glass façade represents Paul – the man behind the curtain. The chef that joins the towers. The lime green cap and pergola represent their Mother – Alma. She is the one that brings all of the ‘color’ which is passed down to the family. Nobody goes through the door without passing by her!
